Shop labor is work preformed at our location and must be paid for at time of
pickup. Labor billed to a commercial account must be billed at commercial
labor rate.
A one hour deposit is reqired when you drop off your equipment
Shop labor is limited to stand alone PC's, and or home networking equipment.
Shop labor is preformed in a que. If immediate service is required then
commercial labor rate is an option.
Servers, advanced routers, remote console work, consulting time or
anything related to business network systems must be charged at our commercial
labor rate.

from HydroSoft
$25.00 per hour discount for HydroSoft internet customers
